Procedure

We believe that personal communication is essential for the success of any translation project. If possible we like to meet clients personally to discuss requirements. However, this is often impractical and with today's communication options, contact is easy to maintain throughout a project.

Once your requirements have been established and a deadline agreed, one of the owners begins the translation work. All translated texts are then proof-read by the second owner before being delivered by the agreed date

We also use the well-known Trados Translation Memory Software in order to create and continually update our terminology databank.

In this way, we can guarantee consistent and optimum translations, which in the long run leads to reduced costs for our clients.

For technical translations we request that if possible, the client provides a glossary of the company's usual terminology. This optimises our service, ensuring consistency, speed, a first-class result and a reduction in costs.
